Repair drywall damages, stress cracks, nail holes. Caulk trim gaps.
Ceiling: two coats of white Sherwin Williams CHB flat paint.
Trims, crown molding and doors: two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald urethane white semi-gloss enamel.
Walls: two coats of Benjamin Moore Scuff X matte paint.
PREPARATION:
Paint application with brush or roller, unless stated otherwise (spray application).
Floors will be covered with painters drop cloths, furniture with plastic.
Walls will be sanded with pole sander.
Cracks, holes and other major imperfections will be fixed with mesh tape and joint compound.
Baseboards, door and window trims will be taped and caulked.
Nail holes will be spackled and sanded.
Water spots will be scraped, primed with oil-based primed, patched and sanded (if necessary).
Skim coating is not included unless is itemized in work description below.
Some very bright colors (yellow, orange) or ultra-deep (deep cherry, navy blue) may need additional coat of paint.
Turning dark colors into white / off white may require third coat of paint. Third coat may be charged separately if not itemized in work description below.
