Scope of work:

• Tape and caulk step treads,
• Cover floors with painters drop cloths,
• repair drywall damages, stres cracks, nail holes,
• Sand the walls with pole sander to remove old paint lint,
• Apply two coats of Sherwin Williams SuperPaint. Velvet finish.
• Time of realization two days.
