Scope of work:
- Caulk all trims and baseboards,
- Paint trims, doors, columns with Sherwin Williams modified alkyd ProClassic semi-gloss paint. One coat,
- Repair walls damages, stress cracks, nail holes etc,
- Prime the walls with pigmenter wallpaper primer,
- Install wallpaper.
