- 1st, 2nd floors and staircase painting:
- Ceilings: two coats of Benjamin Moore acrylic white flat paint,
- Paint the walls: two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal matte paint
- Foyer: vertical 1 ft wide stripes, topcoated with waterborne polycrylic satin finish.
- Garage: repair drywall water damage and paint ceilings and walls with Sherwin Williams Duration exterior flat white paint.
